Almost anywhere you look these days, someone is touting the benefits of exercise in enhancing one's mental process. Pump up your brain while lifting weights. Walk 30 minutes each day to pump all that nourishment into your brain. Try new things. Meet new people. Just don't watch TV and don't stay home alone.
